Getting Started

1. Click the Start Listening button
2. Your browser will ask for microphone permission - click Allow
3. Start speaking your email subject
4. Use the commands below to format your text

Text Formatting Commands

• comma → adds a comma (,)
• full stop → adds a period (.)
• exclamation sign → adds an exclamation (!)
• question mark → adds a question mark (?)
• delete now → removes the last spoken item

Email Structure

• line break → separates subject from body (important!)
• paragraph break → adds a blank line in your text

Edit Existing Draft

• subject mode → switch dictation back to the subject
• body mode → continue dictation in the body
• replace subject → clear only the subject and dictate it again
• replace body → clear only the body and dictate it again
• delete now → removes the last word from the active section

Sending Your Email

• send email → opens your default email client
• send gmail → opens Gmail in a new tab
• Review the email preview and make any final edits before sending

Pro Tips

• ✅ Always use "line break" after your subject for proper formatting
• ✅ Speak clearly and naturally - pauses help with punctuation
• ✅ Use the preview button to review before sending
• ✅ Use undo if you make a mistake
• ✅ The quick reference panel shows all commands at a glance
